The company is active in the acquisition and development of institutional grade office and industrial properties in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Assets are held in a single-asset entity with ownership by the principals of CRS and its equity investors.
The company is currently overseeing the design, permitting and construction of a 62 acres office park in Suffolk, Virginia.
