The buildings will have a lake front setting with walking trails around the lake and will be designed within the LEED environmental standards (Bronze level) to create an environmentally friendly facility with first class on-site amenities including a roof top garden with views of the James River available for corporate events.
Site plan approval by summer, 2008 will allow the Continental Jordan Associates Development team to fast track the construction and delivery of these two office facilities for occupancy within 12 months from the start of construction.

The Bridgeway Technology Centers IV and V will be twin Class A four-story regional headquarter style office buildings encompassing up to 176,000 s.f. This project will create the signature office facilities to be developed in the Northern Suffolk market area.
