our leadership : Don Perry
Donald Perry is President and sole stockholder of Continental Properties Corporation which he founded in 1973. In 1996, he began Continental Realty Services, a brokerage and property management sister company, which complements the services of Continental Property Corp. Under Mr. Perry’s direction, the company has been actively involved in all aspects of commercial real estate investment and development for over thirty years.
Mr. Perry has a Masters Degree in Economics from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Randolph-Macon College. In addition to his extensive development experience, he has taught numerous economics courses at Virginia Commonwealth University and the University of Virginia.
Mr. Perry serves on the Board of Trustees at Randolph-Macon College, where he is a Vice Chairman, is a past president and a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Virginia’s Athletics Foundation, and is a past president and board member of the Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate.
