Cathy has served Continental Realty Services in many capacities in her sixteen year tenure. Currently, she is the Principal Broker for CRS and Vice President of Commercial Property Management. Cathy is directly responsible for overseeing the management of approximately one million square feet of commercial property in the Hampton Roads and Richmond markets.
In addition to her property management and asset management functions, Cathy excels in tenant retention and is a major factor in the company's success in maintaining its tenant base through numerous renewals. Her straight-forward, responsive approach places her in high regard by vendors and tenants alike, and she brings a "can-do" attitude to her job.
She is an active board member for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), Hampton Roads Association of Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE) and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
