our leadership : gregg christoffersen

Gregg ChristoffersenGregg is the Principal Broker for Continental Realty Services, Inc. Gregg also oversees the marketing and leasing for the Hampton Roads portfolio of properties.

Gregg has a Masters Degree in Development Banking from the American University in Washington, DC, and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Currently, Gregg is a member of the Greater Hampton Roads Association for Commercial Real Estate (HRACRE), the Hampton Roads Maritime Association (HRMA), the Hampton Roads Technology Council (HRTC), the Virginia Modeling and Simulation Center (VMASC). Gregg is a past president of the Virginia CCIM Chapter and is a Member of the Society for Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR).
